  The hospital is extremely beautiful, and the doctors have such lovely smiles that it really helps to relieve my tension. There were also staff members who could speak Japanese, which made communication much easier and very helpful. Read full review Collapse review

  I received treatments of incisional lifting and Rejuran at a clinic in Korea. From the moment before I arrived at the clinic until the actual procedure, I was received with great courtesy via LINE. The staff provided me with detailed information about the treatments and the costs in advance, which made me feel confident and at ease, even though it was my first time visiting a Korean clinic. During the consultation, they carefully listened to my wishes and concerns, and they didn’t try to push any other treatments on me, which I really appreciated. Both the staff and the doctor were very kind; they also kept in touch with me throughout the procedure, which helped me feel even more relaxed. Since I traveled from Japan for the treatment, I was a bit nervous, but the entire experience—from the initial communication via LINE to the actual treatment—was excellent.   I underwent full-face fat injection. The chief physician was very gentle and attentive, listening carefully to all my concerns. The explanations were thorough, and the atmosphere was pleasant, which made it easy to feel comfortable and confident during the consultation. However, I was concerned about the nasolabial folds (frown lines), and I had clearly stated this during the consultation, requesting that they be addressed. Although the physician did not express any negative opinion and agreed to my request, I was surprised to find that they were not actually injected after the procedure. When I contacted the clinic later, I was informed that they had not included the treatment due to their recommendations during the consultation. This was different from my understanding, and I am very disappointed. Additionally, there were errors during the card payment process, resulting in multiple attempts at payment and cancellations, with little explanation provided for each instance. I had also requested a payment receipt, but I never received it. Furthermore, I noticed that the number of stars assigned to the clinic in the reviews was changed by a staff member. As the effects of the treatment are still under the downtime period, I cannot provide a final evaluation. Nevertheless, I am impressed by the physician's good character, and I believe that the clinic’s communication and after-care services could be improved to make me more comfortable with my future visits. If I need to undergo additional treatment for the nasolabial folds in the future, I plan to consult another clinic. Read full review Collapse review

  I had double chin liposuction and lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery at Seoul Dongan Clinic. As I reached my mid-30s, I started to worry about sagging skin on my face and decided to look into cosmetic surgery. A close friend of mine had surgery with Dr. Kyung-Soo Lim and her results were beautiful, so I decided to visit the clinic as well. The staff were very kind, and Dr. Lim gave me a very careful and detailed consultation, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision. It has been a little over a month since the surgery, and the results look more natural every day. My friends keep asking me what procedure I had done! I’m very happy with the results. Thank you!
