  I visited Rest Clinic for facial hair removal, and I had a great experience! The staff were very friendly, and the clinic was clean and comfortable.   Very disappointing service. I made a reservation through Naver on Saturday evening and arrived at the clinic at 2:30 PM on Monday. Only after I got there, I was told that my reservation had not been properly processed and that they could not provide a consultation. If the reservation could not be processed on Saturday, the clinic had half of Monday to check it, contact me and let me know in advance that the consultation was not What made the situation even more confusing was that they told me they could still do the Botox, just without the consultation. I came specifically because I wanted to discuss the treatment with the doctor first, so I genuinely do not understand what I was supposed to do with that. The most unpleasant part was how clearly I felt the difference in attitude toward Korean and foreign clients. In front of me Korean clients were greeted warmly, with smiles and bows, while I received no apology and no real sense that anyone cared about losing me as a client. Foreigners are not only tourists. Many of us live in Korea and can become long-term clients as well. It is a shame because the clinic looks very nice and I would have considered coming here regularly.   My first time traveling to Seoul and I wanted my facial treatment to be at a small but detailed oriented "non factory style". I was referred by a local from Korea and as a foreigner, I was nervous at first but this clinic was so professional and accommodating. My first appointment was a consultation I met with the staff and Dr. Hong. He was SO nice, informative and did not try to upsell me in anyway. He did his masters in Boston so he speaks perfect English! The next day I had my appointment and I went with 300 shots of Ultherapy and 1cc of Ellanse (under eye filler). They give you cheese toast and a tea which was SO yummy. Dr Hong is so meticulous and although my treatment was painful he made me feel comfortable and safe. I ended up needing a little more filler than what I paid for and he did not charge me extra. They sell a in house facial cream thats made in Korea for sensitive skin so I made sure to buy 2 bottles. Inexpensive, and I was using it through out the rest of my trip. Dr Hong even gifted my bestfriend and I headbands from his wive's clothing line.   I’ve been a patient for over three years, and I can confidently say this is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and results-driven dermatology clinics anywhere in the world. Dr. MinPyo Hong is an exceptionally skilled dermatologist who truly understands both Eastern and Western skin physiology. His precision, clinical expertise, and aesthetic sense are unmatched. The results I’ve had are consistently outstanding and long-lasting, every treatment looks natural and refined. As a medical doctor myself, I’m very particular about who provides treatments my skin. I live in the United States, yet I fly to Korea once a year solely to see Dr. Hong because I trust no one else. He stays fully up to date with the latest advances in dermatology and explains each procedure thoroughly. I have never felt rushed or pressured for any unnecessary treatments. The clinic’s atmosphere is warm and comforting, the staff are exceptionally kind and supportive, and the pricing is very fair given the level of care and results. I also appreciate being given options, including sedation when appropriate, which shows how much they tailor the experience to patient comfort.   I've done a lot of research for good clinics in Korea, and this one made the top of my list because of much positive reviews in many platforms. I decided to visit this November, and the clinic was way better than expected. The clinic is very nice, clean and convenient. Staff are knowledgeable and very accommodating. They also offer drinks and toast!! I have been to many clinics around the world and this clinic is by far the best one I've visited. The doctor is super knowledgeable and has very good skills.
