I had an excellent experience with the doctor at NewVe Clinic. The doctor was thorough, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism. All of the other staff members I met were also very kind and welcoming. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When I had trouble opening my locker and asked for assistance, I felt that the response was cold and unwelcoming. From the moment I arrived until I left, I did not feel warmly welcomed. Since masks can make facial expressions harder to read, I believe a friendly tone and greeting would make patients feel much more comfortable. The doctor’s care was outstanding, which is why I still had an overall positive experience. The only reason I deducted one star was because of my experience with the front desk staff. I hope this aspect of the patient experience can be improved.

I really recommend this place. The doctor here is a very reliable doctor with a lot of experience and customers in Seoul. If you have any other concerns as well as blemishes on your face, try it. Even if you feel a little expensive here, there is definitely a reason. There is only one doctor, and they explain in detail. It is different from other inexpensive clinic. Trust me as a Korean

I had a really positive experience with Dr Kim and wanted to share how impressed I was with both the treatment and her overall approach. From the start, she was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my concerns in detail. She explained the treatment plan clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Throughout the procedure, she was gentle, reassuring, and very precise — you can really tell she has a lot of experience. What stood out most was how kind and approachable she is. She never made me feel rushed and was always patient in answering my questions. It’s rare to find someone who combines such strong technical expertise with genuine warmth. Knowing that she is a regional trainer for Sculptra and lasers gave me even more confidence that I was in very capable hands. That level of expertise really shows in her work and results. Overall, I felt well taken care of from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Dr Kim to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and caring aesthetic doctor.

I came here specifically for Reepot laser. I had a sunspot that Reepot laser could remove in 1–2 sessions. I appreciated that the doctor did the consultation herself. She spoke good English, was very informative, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I decided to do a CO2 laser for a mole removal and reepot laser for my sunspot The rest of the staff didn’t speak English, but there was an English translator Nguyen who was very kind. Despite not speaking English, the rest of the staff were polite and attentive. The staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The doctor was very gentle and careful during the procedures. They offered for me to come back the day before my departure to make sure everything healed well, which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend this clinic — foreigner-friendly!
