My partner and I had a great experience at this clinic. I got a double eyelid procedure and my partner got ptosis correction, double eyelid, and fat grafting on the upper eyelid procedure. From the beginning, everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff always responded quickly whenever I reached out, and their communication was pleasant and professional. The doctor was very thorough during the consultation and patiently answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that this hospital specializes specifically in eye procedures, it gave me a lot of confidence knowing I was speaking with someone who focuses on this area. When I spoke with the doctor, I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or push unnecessary procedures. Instead, he was honest and straightforward about what he recommended for me and what I didn’t really need, which I truly respected. The clinic was also very accommodating whenever I needed to adjust dates or discuss payment options. They were flexible and kind throughout the process, which made everything much less stressful. One thing to note is that the clinic does not have an English-speaking staff member or translator. I speak both Korean and English, so it wasn’t an issue for me, and I was able to translate for my partner who doesn’t speak Korean. Overall, we both had a very positive experience and felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place that is professional, honest, and specialized in eye procedures.

I was worried because it was my second surgery.. Dr Kim was very gentle and does very good job! It's been 3 months since the surgery, and I'm very satisfied because it turned out the way I wanted. I'm recommending it to a lot of my friends! I really want to recommend this Doctor to a lot of people!

got my eyelid surgery done here - it was daunting to do research in the states where i live, and i’m glad i chose this place! the doctor is very very thorough and the front desk lady who kept in contact with me the whole time was super helpful. they did 3 followup visits while i was here for a week & each time they did a swelling laser session which was nice. overall i highly recommend this place for anyone looking for eyelid surgery!

Dr. Kim and his team took the time to listen to my concerns and goals, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their professionalism and expertise were evident, and I appreciated the thorough explanations provided during the consultation process. I had upper eyelid & inner eye corner surgery. I had an incredible experience at EYEFIT. I chose this clinic because Dr Kim Chaemin is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient throughout the consult and explained the procedure thoroughly. He also does not push excess procedures. The day before my surgery, I started to get anxiety and wanted to cancel, but the clinic accommodated me after hours to put my mind at ease. On the day of the surgery, I had some issues with taking out the cartilage piercings from my ears. The staff couldn’t figure out how to take off the piercings so they said the only option was to cut them off, which I didn’t want to do. Dr Kim Chaemin stepped in and helped take them off for me. Really grateful for Dr Kim Chaemin and all the staff here.
