When can I take off my mask, please??? My skin’s in a terrible state these days… It’s so frustrating to have to cover it up all the time with a mask. The female staff are especially friendly and very skilled! Although the place is a bit far from home, I’m so satisfied with the service that I think I’ll keep coming regularly.

The director is so kind and meticulous; every time I go, I can see obvious improvements, which motivates even the lazy me to keep coming! I’ve been going to this clinic in Yongin, and I really don’t think the travel time is a waste at all! I’ve been there since last August. My older daughter said that her mom’s skin was in such bad condition during that time, and she emphasized that people really do need to take care of their appearance. I’m always so grateful to the director, and all the staff are so friendly; this is truly one of the best dermatology clinics I’ve ever experienced!

I made a reservation to get a skin diagnosis, but they initially said they don’t provide diagnoses. Then, when I checked their website, it said they do offer diagnoses, so I realized they do indeed provide that service. However, they followed up by saying that the diagnoses are based on subjective evaluations. What kind of subjective evaluations are they referring to? It’s absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense to me.
