The parking facilities are convenient, and the staff are very friendly. Compared to other hospitals, they are more meticulous in using medical equipment and performing treatments. The facilities are clean and tidy. You can wash your face by yourself, and the bathroom is well-equipped with all the necessary items. Since the towels are disposable, there’s no concern about cross-contamination. There’s a wide range of equipment available, and they often hold events, so you can get the treatment you want at a reasonable price. Although the doctors aren’t assigned specifically to each patient, they seem to be careful and friendly. Probably due to the large scale of the business, they don’t accept Daegu-ro Pay. After making a reservation, you’ll receive a QR code via text message for check-in. I got a toning treatment here, and my freckles did lighten up a bit, but they’ve returned again because of the summer heat. I think I’ll get another treatment when the weather gets cooler. The person who did my consultation was pretty honest, and seemed to have experience. But I didn’t really feel that the staffs were friendly. The laser treatment felt more careful and longer than at other clinics, which was nice. But the skincare part wasn’t what I expected. The touch felt a bit unskilled, and I felt a little nervous during the session. At the end, the face cream and sunscreen didn’t seem to be rubbed in well. It felt like they were just put on top of my skin. I had to rub them in myself before I left. This is just my personal experience, but I hope it helps. I don’t think I would go back. I went to the store today to get a beauty treatment, and there happened to be a lady who could speak Chinese, and she was very patient and careful. But when I finished, I compared the price of each item and found that one item was charged twice as much. The Chinese speaking receptionist helped me communicate with the manager, but the response I got was, “She has already gotten the best price from me. She has already saved a lot of money overall, so the 60,500 won shouldn’t be a big deal.” Because I used the stored value method at the time, the manager thought I would not come again, I asked the translator and the head of the department to tell them that we would come again, and even if we didn’t, we couldn’t do business this way. so she insisted on not refunding the money. I was incorrectly charged after the initial consultation. Since my credit card could not be refunded for the entire amount of ₩4010400 and then charged again, the overcharged ₩22000 was changed into stored value for next use. The receptionist helped me translate helpfully. I entered the clinic at 12:10, and kept asking about the prices. After completing the treatments it was already 17:10. I spent a lot of time asking about incorrect prices. Finally, I didn’t want to argue with the director anymore. I had wasted too much time. I hope everyone will pay more attention to their prices.
